Tizen Studio version 1.2 Released, Includes Tizen RT for Internet of Things (IoT)

Tizen Studio version 1.2 has been released, and for the first time, it comes bundled with Tizen RT.  Tizen Studio for RT provides a lightweight RTOS (real-time operating system)-based application development environment for Internet of Things (IoT) use cases. Using the RT Integrated Development Environment (IDE) you can create RT projects from either a local template or remote Git or create RT applications with basic file sets. There is also an easy-to-use build and flash wizard that is included.

Tizen Studio is a comprehensive set of tools for that will aid you in developing Tizen native and Web applications. It consists of an IDE, Emulator, toolchain, sample code, and documentation. You have a choice of platforms that it runs on, which includes Windows, Ubuntu (Linux) and Mac OS X. Developers do not need to rely on the Tizen Studio to develop Tizen applications, but as long as the application complies with the Tizen packaging rules.
With the Tizen Studio, you are able to select and install only those platforms and profiles you need. The Tizen Studio platform is based on a new Eclipse version which is said to be more stable and lightweight.
