The Samsung WatchON Remote App has been updated to version 1.2.1, which brings with it the capability of controlling your Air conditioner (if you have one). Samsung clearly wants to get ready you ready for this summer by the amount of manufacturers that are supported! 🙂
There doesn’t seem to be an automatic update procedure for this application at the moment, so if you want it, you need to manually find and update it yourself.
Instructions
- Launch Gear Manager on your Android device
- Select Samsung Apps
- Navigate to the utilities section
- Select WatchON Remote
- Select Update
- Wait. As the file has to transfer to the Gear 2 via bluetooth, it takes a little bit of time
