Tizen Experts goes to XDA Dev-Con ’14

XDA Developers is a vibrant mobile device development community, and has an excellent history of hacking and tweaking mobile OS’s in order to get the best out of them, or what developers need out of them at least.
With the spirit of collaboration I begin my pilgrimage to XDA Dev-Con this weekend, with the hope of networking with developers and possibly starting some further discussion around Tizen based devices like the Tizen Gear 2 / Gear S, and the upcoming Tizen Smartphone that is releasing in India. A true Linux based OS can only bring some excellent collaborative ideas.
We also have some excellent work being progressed with Tizen Common on the following development boards / devices:

Soon we will have Tizen work starting on the Intel Galileo Gen 2 Development Board, so please get in touch if you would like to contribute.

I am looking forward to spending sometime with the XDA community, as well as some friends from the MeeGo days that will also be present, but are currently flying the Sailfish / Mer Operating System flag these days.
If you are attending the event and would like to discuss anything then please get in touch on the Tizen Experts Twitter account, or use the contact us page.
See you soon.
Ash.
