Samsung Z1 Tizen 2.4 Upgrade for Nepal and Sri Lanka
There has been lots of Interest in the Tizen 2.4 Z130HDDU0CPB1 software updates for the Samsung Z1 in both India and Bangladesh. Now we see the updates have also gone live in both Nepal and Sri Lanka. The update will be delivered Over the Air (OTA), so will either use your WiFi or network providers cellular data. It is advised to use WiFi as the update is pretty big measuring in at ~262MB.

Kies Update
The following is the procedure to use to update the firmware using the Kies desktop application:
- Launch the Kies App on your Desktop
- Plug your Smartphone into the Desktop
- You should get an option to update your software
- Manually check by selecting Tools -> Firmware Upgrade and Initialisation

The update files are downloadable for both Nepal and Sri Lanka and follow the flashing instructions.

If you do not get automatically prompted to update your firmware on your smartphone, you can manually check by using the steps below:
- Select Settings
- Select About Device
- Select Software Update
- Select Check for updates
