The Tizen based Samsung Z1 is a good for value budget Smartphone for people coming from the feature phone world to Smartphones. At launch It was originally priced at 5,700 INR, and now it has dropped to 5,090 INR according to Mahesh Telecom, which makes it a bit more of a tantelising buy.
