There is some good news for owners of Samsung 2013 (F9000 series) and 2014 (HU series) TVs, as the company will release the Samsung TV 2015 UHD Evolution Kit (SEK-3500U), that will allow you to update your TVs to the latest Tizen Operating System, in-line with their 2015 and future Smart TVs. After the update your TV will offer greater performance with a redesigned, smooth and fast User Interface.
The new update will include the new HEVC and VP9 codecs that will give you improved picture quality with 4K video @ 60p. The box will retail for 399 euros and consists of the new One-Connect box and the new Smart Control remote TM1560A.
