Running Rich GRAND PRIX is the latest arrival across many casino gaming floors in Las Vegas.
The offering from Competition Interactive is a slot machine with a steering wheel, described as “one of the most interactive slot machines ever designed”.
A press release from the Las Vegas-based developer detailed the new title, which aims to grab the attention of users, particularly younger casino attendees, by blending video gaming with casino entertainment.
It also been introduced as “Mario Kart meets the casino floor,” giving players a unique experience that includes a full-size steering wheel, immersive bonus racing rounds, and video game-style power-ups.
“We’re proud to bring Running Rich GRAND PRIX to the Station Casinos family,” said Keith Winters, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Competition Interactive.
“After years of careful R&D and regulatory hurdles, this breakthrough marks a significant step for casino tech,” continued the release.
“With strong player engagement, frequent bonuses, and wide appeal, Running Rich GRAND PRIX is set to shine in Nevada and California markets.”
The new feature has already been introduced at Santa Fe Station and Palace Station, with further arrivals scheduled at Red Rock Resort, Green Valley Ranch, Sunset Station, Boulder Station, and Durango Casino.
More Station Casinos venues will receive the gaming machines later this summer, with the profile of Running Rich GRAND PRIX to be elevated through social media activity, including promotions, influencer endorsements, and live events in the coming weeks.
Competition Interactive will play a key role in the joint venture to promote the new machines across various channels.
