Rumors rife that Fortnite might be about to get a God of War tie-in shortly

We know the age of Greek Mythology is coming to Fortnite and is going to last for a full season. So, do we know any other popular games that feature Greek Mythology heavily that could be ripe for a potential tie-in? No? Keep thinking. Oh, there is that hugely popular PlayStation God of War thing, and its immensely impressive lead Kratos. That might work.

While sometimes Fortnite leakers and data miners go the extra mile to bring us news of what may be upcoming in our favorite Battle Royale. Sometimes it seems as though you just need to put two and two together to come up with a high-probability event.

In a new survey, Fortnite X legen Shiina has suggested that having noted Epic Games have been asking in a new survey if there was any player interest in God of War, more particularly (2005) God of War, and therefore suggests that there is interest in bringing Young Kratos to the island.

In a post on X Shiina said, “In a new survey, Epic Games mentioned “(2005) God of War” 👀

These surveys often include upcoming collabs, so if Epic plans to add Young Kratos to Fortnite, there really is no better time than to add him in a Greek Mythology season.”

As Shiina says, Epic often includes potential collaborations in its player surveys either to judge fan opinion (skins have to sell after all) or to tease upcoming events.

While there is no proof that Young Kratos is coming, it does seem to fit well and would seem to be a missed opportunity if he doesn’t appear during Chapter 5 Season 2

We already have rumors of a Last Airbender event on the horizon as well, so keeping up with all these leaks can be a full-time job.
