When the Samsung Gear 2 got announced earlier this year at Mobile World Congress 2014, the PayPal app for the Tizen Samsung Gear 2 was also announced. It has taken a while for the application to reach here, but its finally here.
With the app you are able to Manage your payments and recent transactions from your wrist. You can also shop and pay for your items directly from your Smartwatch without needing to take your phone out of your pocket.

On release we are on version 1.40, which implies theres been lots of internal testing. The app is currently being rolled out by country & courier, so it make take it a slight while to get to you.
