The Nokia N900 Gets Ovi Maps with Turn-by-turn Navigation and Voice Guidance By The Community

One of the things that I recently tweeted was that MeeGo was not just another OS, its a community and its great to see stories like this coming from the community. Ovi Maps for the Nokia N900 has been lacking Turn by Turn Navigation and Voice guidance since it came out (to the annoyance of many N900 owners). Community member Blaizzen has taken up the gauntlet to provide this extended functionality to Ovi maps

This is still a work in progress, but it is highly usable and the potential can definitely be seen
