Harmattan kernel sources have been published over at the following link:

So now you can compile this kernel, add the hack to disable aegis, flash the kernel and what you have is a Aegis security free MeeGo Harmattan Device.
A “Aegis Free” solution for the Nokia N950 is something that the developer community have been asking Nokia directly for since the Nokia N950 was made available, to make development less problematic. Nokia have not been too forthcoming with anything.
