The MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan SDK Beta contains a simulator that simulates the UX as used in both Nokia N9 and Nokia N950 and is intended to be used by Linux app developers to test their apps in the MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan platform.
To download the MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan SDK Beta, visit http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/ . Simply download the installation Python script file, put it under a Debian-based Linux distribution (e.g. Ubuntu), chmod +x it and run it.
