There is no other way you can acquire this which is unfortunate for those who thought you would be able to potentially earn it in-game through challenges.

When is the Iron Man Mk 45 Fortnite skin available?

The Iron Man Mk 45 skin is available right now (September 17, 2024) and will be purchasable until October 6, 2024, at 8 PM ET.

This gives you a pretty big window if you’re deliberating over the purchase and also allows for time to contribute to the V-bucks required via leveling the all-important battle pass.
