Ranked Play has become a staple in the Call of Duty franchise, offering the chance to make your way through various divisions and show off your game knowledge against other like-minded players.
Like in other CoD games, Black Ops 6 Ranked Play needs to be unlocked, it isn’t just given to you as an option right out of the gate.
Here, we’ll reveal how to unlock Black Ops 6 Ranked Play so you know the exact requirements for you to jump into even more challenging matches.
Black Ops 6 Ranked Play: How to unlock
Unlike the previous Call of Duty game, Modern Warfare 3, the Level 55 requirement to access Ranked Play has been changed in an effort to make it a more attainable unlock.
In Black Ops 6, you must have earned 50 Wins in Matchmade Multiplayer games to unlock access to Ranked Play.
While this still seems like a lot of games since you probably won’t be able to win every match you enter, there is a saving grace somewhat.
This is that any wins you have recorded so far in the game’s lifetime count toward the 50 figure when Ranked Play goes live on November 21.
This means that if you’ve been playing since the launch of Black Ops 6, you will have either a head start or already have the requirement completed.
Regardless of how long it takes you to get to 50 wins, the time to get to Level 55 that was required in MW3 would far outweigh this, so you’ll be able to get in sooner than last year.
Once you do have Black Ops 6 Ranked Play unlocked, you can start making inroads toward any of the available skins and show off to others that you mean business!
