During quarantine, we’ve all slipped a bit – even if we admit it or not! Whether that be school work or with your fitness. If you have found that you need to get back into shape, Tribe Fitness is offering to help local gyms in the world go digital when we can’t be there in person.
If you sign up for Tribe – which is completely free, you can see a dashboard of gyms and fitness studios that are doing classes. Whether the class uses Facebook Live, Zoom, YouTube, or “however you stream your workouts”. A flexible option for gyms that want to stream online workout videos.
Compete with others during your fitness classes
During classes, you get to compete with others. Whilst doing online workouts, you need to use a smartwatch/fitness tracker that is able to calculate calories burnt and heart rate. This data is then displayed on leaderboards. If you’re competitive, this could be a good option for you. The leaderboard is based on how many calories someone burns and then they are put into ranks. Try to top the charts!
Tribe Fitness is available in many places around the world. As well as this, there are many smartwatch brands that are compatible. These include Samsung Galaxy Watch, Wahoo, Fossil, Apple Watch, Polar, Scosche, Tic Watch, Michael Kors, LG, Movado, Coospo and Garmin.
