Samsung Health is Samsung’s health solution for Gear S3 users, but the company understands the importance of fitness for consumers, that, in the same way users want customization with watch faces, they also desire using different fitness apps. Samsung has partnered with Under Armour to bring the UA Connected Fitness Suite to the Gear S3, showing its commitment to providing variety on its platform, and the latest app we’re showcasing today is one that provides a fitness instructor for your wrist.
The app is called Fit Evolution Pro, and it’s an app that allows you to exercise parts of your body (such as the leg or chest) or the entire body in an entire workout. The “fitness instructor” speaks to you when you have so many seconds left to complete an exercise and then says “well done” when the exercise time is over. The Fitness Evolution Pro app can be downloaded onto an Android device but is also free to download onto the Gear S3, straight from the watch, no smartphone required.
To download the app onto your Gear S3, perform the following: Apps -> Get More Apps -> Fitness Evolution. Once it’s downloaded, head into your Apps section to find it, tap on it, then follow the directions on-screen to launch the app. You can also download Fitness Evolution Pro for the Gear S2 and the Gear S2 Classic, so those who are still hanging on to last year’s devices can join in on the fun as well.
To find out more about the Fitness Evolution Pro app, view the description and screenshots below. Let us know if you’ve tried the app already and what you find useful or distasteful about it.
