The second Beta Release (Beta 2) of EFL 1.8 is now available for download at:

If you are compiling the above, please compile them in the following order:
efl
elementary
emotion_generic_players
evas_generic_loaders
If you have an existing EFL or Elementary install, you may wish to delete its header files and libraries before building the above.
In addition they have also put up early stage Alphas of Enlightenment 0.18 and Terminology 0.4 available here:

We ask people to test builds and functionality at this stage in preparation for full release. Of course there will be bugs, and this is the point at which to weed them out. Please file bug tasks on http://phab.enlightenment.org and we will address them as best as possible for release. Our next step is full release of EFL 1.8 this weekend.
