Celestar has launched, with the iGaming slot provider receiving a license in Malta, where it is based.
Backed by a team with over 20 years of experience, the new entity plans to expand across Europe and beyond to deliver games filled with advanced mechanics, engaging features, and high-end visuals.
Its slots include Aura of Sakura, a five-reel offering with 45 paylines and an RTP rate of 92.5%. Another of their games is Fairy Moon, a typical 5×3 slot with 243 paylines and a maximum win of 5,810x.
With a varied portfolio of titles destined for the global market, the company begins to forge its journey, supported by a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) B2B license.
This important authorization allows Celestar to operate in regulated jurisdictions, and it comes at a time when the Maltese authority has updated its regulatory policies.
Celestar’s license approval is a direct output from MGA’s updated and revised framework, providing enhanced oversight of B2B operations.

The company is now seeking to partner with various operators, as well as aggregators and platform facilitators.
In recent days, the MGA released its annual report and audited results for 2024, showing the evolution of its key oversight remit.
Over the 12 months, the authority received 28 new gaming license applications, with 17 of those approved and a further 12 operators making existing license renewal applications.
Eight of those were approved.
