Now Beta Weekend 1 is behind us players have this weekend’s second Black Ops 6 beta (the one where everybody can join in the fun, not just those that have pre-bought the game) to look forward to, and many will be hoping some key feedback is taken into consideration.
With much of the data from the opening round in and clear insight into many of the problems faced by its players including packet burst and packet loss errors that made the game unplayable at times, Treyarch has taken to X to explain what will be patched into the game ahead of Friday’s next three day beta period.

Some of what has been announced we were already aware of, such as raising the max level cap and some new maps, but Treyarch has also said there will be weapon balancing and spawn tuning taking place.
Weapons are always constantly tweaked in Call of Duty but it is good to see spawning getting a bit of polish. I lost track of the amount of times I spawned almost directly in front of an enemy’s gun barrel and was killed before I knew what was happening.
Weapon XP is also getting a boost. While it was possible to rank up the guns it was definitely a little on the slow side so any changes to this should make getting attachments slightly less painful.

The list also includes the ever-so-vague ‘bug fixes + more”. Players will be hoping there is more detail to come on that one with many wishlisting the new Winner’s Circle gets somewhat of a nerf, instead of locking Operators into having to watch the winning team’s paid-for emotes, and then having a limited time to tweak your loadout before the next round
