Finally Nokia fixed the problem with FM Radio update. All users should get updated version 1.0.1 for free.

Nokia N9 FM Radio is the first real FM receiver in OVI store. It can ulock hidden FM tuner functionality inside your N9.
Simply connect headset to enjoy music or news. No internet connection required, no need for SIM card, just plug headset and listen.
