This is a concept plugin for unrestricted-system-ui, it adds a brightness slider to your status menu that can change the brightness of the screen.
To install:

devel-su #enter pass wget http://mohammadag.xceleo.org/public/Harmattan/system-ui-brightness-control_0.1_armel.deb dpkg -i system-ui-brightness-control_0.1_armel.deb
The status menu should be restarted and it should show, if not, restart the status menu with either
