Pokemon TCG Pocket Advance Ticket: What we know on the mysterious item

Pokemon TCG Pocket isn’t just about the card collecting, there are other elements to the game that will keep you coming back for more.

There are battles, Wonder Gifts, and even exclusive items that you’ll need to log in over and over in order to get them.

Here, we’ll be talking about one specific item in Pokemon TCG Pocket – the Advance Ticket – hopefully shedding some light on this intriguing gift.

How to get the Pokemon TCG Pocket Advance Ticket

If you’ve heard about the Advance Ticket in Pokemon TCG Pocket but unsure as to where to pick it up for yourself, luckily, it’s not a lengthy process.

To get the Advance Ticket, open up the Pokemon TCG Pocket app and look to the top right of the screen where there should be a present icon.

Tap this icon to open up your Gift Box where rewards are held for other players thanking you on their Wonder Gifts and Battles.

In here should be the Advance Ticket ready for you to claim straight away.

Something to note here though is that the Advance Ticket is a ‘welcome gift’ of sorts and you will only be able to claim it between October 30, 2024 and January 30, 2025.

Additionally, gifts in this Gift Box do expire 30 days after they are first received so you might as well go claim it now just in case.

What is the Pokemon TCG Pocket Advance Ticket used for?

At this current time, no one knows what the Advance Ticket is specifically used for in the game, it is completely shrouded in mystery.

The only information we have on it is the in-game description which states that it “cannot be used yet” and you must “Wait and see what it’s for!”.

This means that if we were to guess, this Advance Ticket will be potentially exchanged for an exclusive event item, maybe a limited time Immersive Art card that can be added to the collection.
