The idea is that you are able to share power between ‘select’ Samsung Android devices like the Samsung S5 or the Galaxy Tab or possibly even to the Tizen Gear 2 / Gear S Smartwatches.
You can use an Android App to decide if the device is to provide power to other devices and thiat it, your ready to charge on the move. There is no news of a Tizen Smartphone App (early days), but it can be feasible once the Tizen Smartphones begin to roll out.

To start, download the “Power Sharing” app from Samsung Apps or the Google Play store, and select the amount of power to transfer. Then, simply plug in one end of the cable into the device that the power is being drawn from while plugging in the other end of the cable into the device to be charged.
