Enabling 3x Faster Muscle Growth than Traditional Heavy Weights

A single word — responsible for inciting a great deal of pain, anguish, and fear in the minds of professional athletes is the word “injury.” In worst cases, an injury can also cause the loss of a whole career. The most common place to sustain muscle or joint injury is at the gym. When fitness enthusiasts are working out with heavier weights — it can be prime time for an injury. Here is enabling three times faster muscle growth than with the traditional heavier weights, using the X3 Bar.

Imagine trying to shape up for a big game and suddenly — you critically spoil your life — due to an injury. Then imagine further and see that the damage is all caused by heavyweight training. — the real action that will make you faster, stronger, and better than ever.

Athletes hire personal trainers hoping to avoid the injury scenario. Personal trainers help athletes avoid debilitating injury, but can’t promise much in their absence. No trainer will force even the finest athletes to train lighter because it suspends the best growth outcomes.

On the other hand, fitness enthusiasts who like to take things into their own hands are also prone to injuries in the absence of the luxury of a personal trainer. These injuries may or may not affect their career — but inevitably, any injury will impact a persons’ health, life, and lives of those around them.

To avoid the fuss of using the traditional heavyweights, people should instead follow professional basketball and football stars and adopt Dr. Jaquish’s X3 Bar.

The Chicago Tribune referred to Dr. Jaquish:

Dr. Jaquish is the “Tony Stark of the Fitness Industry.” The Tribune also stated “Dr. John Jaquish is transforming the fitness world after contributing immensely to the medical therapy device industry. Dr. Jaquish has the will to work to impact as many lives as possible. His great desire to make a difference in the world has led him to develop a unique device that can aid in three times faster muscle growth than traditional methods. The best news? The gain is without injury.”

X3 Bar provides the muscles with more profound exhaustion without negatively impacting the joints.

“Pushing your muscles to deeper exhaustion (without injury) is to grow and strengthen muscles better without the possibility of an injury.” As an inventor and scientist, Dr. John Jaquish found a breakthrough with the X3 Bar. He witnessed the maximum capacities of human strength and weight training based on his bone density research done in London in 2015.

Training that involves variable resistance has traditionally shown better results in building muscle in the body correctly —  but nobody knew just how much variability was needed for the maximum response.

Dr. Jaquish was the first to quantify the issue of the preferred results from using variability in weight training.

Finding that there was a decided advantage to developing a more simplified, yet effective, fitness device, Dr. Jaquish started into studies on his device. Ten separate peer-reviewed studies had already confirmed that the best growth could be obtained when athletes applied variable resistance.

Enter the trials and new understanding from Dr. Jaquish’s research.

It was easily observed that previous attempts at variable resistance applications were far less impressive than hoped for. The usage of lighter weights without enough variance did not trigger the maximum growth response.

Studies tested the X-resistance in the weaker ranges — and used 1.2X-1.4X — in the stronger range. Dr. Jaquish’s findings showed a seven-fold difference from the lowest to the strongest range tested.

It was found that when standard resistance exercise is performed — the weakest point of the exercise is the one where an individual goes into fatigue. Take a pushup, for example. The lowest point of fatigue would be when your face is closest to the ground. The problem with fatiguing at this point in the exercise is you have the least amount of muscle firing at that moment, leaving you with the greatest chance for injury. As a person gets stronger, they will begin to use a bench press as opposed to pushups.

The X3 design has a steep variance curve for the best results.

The variance curve allows for users to first go to fatigue in the stronger range. In the stronger range, the muscles are shorter. At this point, the person is still without rest, and the individual begins to diminish the range. With each repetition, the user then goes to their maximum stretch-of-latex, and the reps get shorter. The fatigue is initiated all the way from the strongest range, then diminishes down to the weaker range.

This strategy provides for the powerful growth stimulus that we’re working toward.

Using Dr. Jaquish’s X3 Bar and providing your body with the proper nutrition, the user can grow muscle much faster. Adopting traditional weight lifting or conventional activity will not and cannot provide you with the same outcome.

Many users have seen 20lbs of new muscle created in six months.

The X3 Bar is a device that looks incredibly simple. Sporting an Olympic style bar with smooth rotation and internal bearings, the bar provides the wrist with the optimal-safe neutral position. The X3 Bar has a ground plate for users to stand on to ensure that the latex banding can stretch correctly under the user’s feet.

Dr. Jaquish points out that many people use latex bands in exercise. However, when a muscle’s maximum strength and growth are desired — you’ll want to go heavier than standard banding will provide.

Always protect the vulnerable areas like the wrists and ankles.

The X3 Bar band technology protects the wrists and ankles. You want to protect the interface-points between yourself and the force you will apply. The Bar does this effortlessly for you and provides the variance to push you to your best capability.

According to Dr. Jaquish, the aim behind designing the X3 Bar is to deliver a superior stimulus to the body. Ultimately with increased moving, you’ll achieve fantastic results, skipping injury and saving you many unnecessary hours at the gym.

Industry experts have come to believe in the X3 device and vouch for it because of the results from years of study’s backing up its claims.

Using his own X3 Bar for two years now, Dr. Jaquish has gained over 45 lbs of muscle, and become leaner (16lbs of fat loss). The dynamic body changes have provided vigor and compelling energy — all without the help of cardio.

Standing by the X3 Bar, Dr. Jaquish says that he is grateful he was able to innovate a freshness into weight training to a point where individuals can become healthier and stronger in less time. “People will find greater satisfaction and well-being moving through their lives when they are in good health. Being able to reach this fitness goal in less time will help everyone.”

“For someone with a busy schedule desiring a well-tuned and well-sculpted body, we couldn’t be happier to bring you the X3 Bar,” says Dr. Jaquish.
