The Tizen Experts Story
Tizen Experts is arguably one of the world’s largest Tizen resources to be found on the net. One of our claims to fame is that the site was actually registered, back in 2011, before the global announcement of the Tizen name, beat that! The Operating System (OS) has made good progress in being productised in the last few years and can now be found in Smartphone, TV, Internet of Things (IoT), Smart home, Smart watch, and a lot more.
In Smartphones we are increasing our global audience with the launch of the Samsung Z1, Z2, Z3, and more devices promised to be launched next year 😉 The Smarthome is also getting its fair share of Tizen love with the Samsung 2015 & 2016 range of TVs already running Tizen and 2017 should be the same. We also have additional smarthome peripherals that include air conditioners, robot vacuum cleaners, washing machines, and a whole load more. In the world of fitness wearables we have the Samsung Gear range of smartwatches that includes the Gear S, S2, Fit, Fit 2, and upcoming S3. These are definitely Interesting times for us.
Write for Tizen Experts
We are currently looking for talented News writers / Authors that can help us get the latest Tizen news out to our readers, remember many of which are very powerful people in the IT / Tech community 😉 You can cover news items that fit your Interests as well as possible access to local and International Tizen events. You will also get access to suitable Tizen hardware when possible.
What we are looking for
- Good command of the English language. You need to be able to convey the exact message we are striving for.
- Passion for the Tizen Technology and its Implementation. Without passion there really is no need to apply.
- Experience in writing tech articles / reviews. You maybe still considered if you don’t have too much experience but can demonstrate a knowledge of the IT Industry and the ability to write.
- Be available to write some Tizen related articles during the week but ideally at least one article per day would be great, but more articles would also be great.
- Enthusiasm to learn, promote and be seen as a pioneer for an alternative OS that is taking on iOS and Android.
- We are also Interested in Tizen Developers to help get Technical dev related news out.
- Experience of the wordpress hosting platform
- Energy to contribute, the Internet never sleeps, and neither do we!
