Recently we reported on Tizen running on the ZTE Geek device (most likely the v975). Now there is some interesting information surfacing on the Tizen website showing that there will be a ZTE Geek Demo at the Tizen Association booth:
Mobile World Congress
Date: 24 February, 2014 – 08:00 to 27 February, 2014 – 17:00
Location: Barcelona Spain
Web Site: Mobile World Congress 2014
It will be interesting to finally see Tizen in action and also see what it looks like on the ZTE Geek Phone. We do not think there will be a skinned custom User Interface layer on top of Tizen, but more like the current developer devices running Tizen 2.2.1. Remember, The tingly bit is that this is real Linux.
We are also hoping to also see what Samsung has to offer for the Tizen masses. Not long to go now.
