The Samsung Z2 was originally rumoured to launch last year but at the time it looked as if it was cancelled and the Z3 handset launched instead. Earlier this year, we revealed that the Z2 was in-fact alive and well and Samsung were readying its launch.
Now, according to a recent report, the smartphone might launch with an all-new My Money Transfer app for users based in India. With the app users will be able to transfer money to and from their bank accounts, check account balances and recent transactions.
One prerequisite to use the app is that customers would need to make sure their accounts have been setup for Internet banking. Then all you need to do is to add beneficiaries that you would like to transfer money to. Most Indian banks are thought to be compatible with the app, including the larger ones like Axis, ICICI, HDFC, SBI, and Yes Bank. Smaller regional banks are also being catered for like Andhra Bank, Karnataka Bank, Punjab National Bank, and Vijaya Bank.
A couple of weeks ago we saw the device passing its Bluetooth Certification, with the model number SM-Z200F. We are expecting the Z2 to have a more responsive version of Voice Control and will also have a build of S Bike Mode integrated at launch. The specific details are still a bit sketchy at the moment, but we expecting the smartphone to have 1GB RAM, 4G / LTE wireless connectivity and possibly an AMOLED screen.
We will bring you more Information as we get it 🙂
