As many of you know, TikTok is spreading like wildfire, with over 500 Million active monthly users. Now, Samsung and TikTok have announced an exclusive deal that will see the App come to Samsung Smart TVs. Availability will be in 39 languages spread over 150 markets.

Obviously the app will tailored for the “home-viewing experience”. You will be able to change from the ‘For You’ and ‘Following’ feeds, as well as some of the other favourite features – view, like, comment, block, and mark as not Interested. Users will also be able to block or mark content they are not interested in, with TikTok automatically operating in Restricted Mode a feature that filters out content that may not be appropriate for all audiences.

In order to better navigate material, content will be classified in 12 categories. There is also a new hashtag that is being promoted #LearnOnTikTok, which compromises of videos as the name might suggests, that you can get the latest cooking hacks, fitness tips, and fun facts that TikTok has to offer.

The TikTok App is now available on all Samsung Smart TV models from 2018-2020 onwards and its Smart Monitor, The Premiere, The Frame and The Serif. You will have to download the app from the Smart TV App Store
