Earlier today we lined up all the forthcoming sales that Steam has lined up ands while big Gabe’s Winter sale may be finished, into the gap before the next major Steam sale slides Humble’s Winter Sale 2025 – a sale that not only features some great discounts but also donates a (small) portion of every sale to a charity each month.
The charity that will benefit from 5% of every sale during the Winter Sale 2025 is the Make a Wish Foundation.
The sale itself is broken down into easy to browse genres, as well as groups such as Games Under $5, Games Under $10 and Games under $20 so depending on the size of your wallet you can easily find what you are after.
Let’s have a look at some of the games you should definitely be looking at picking up over the next couple of weeks.
Deals under $20
If you aren’t one of the five million or so people who have picked up the card sensation Balatro as yet there’s a 10% discount right now in the sale. Granted, Balatro isn’t a super expensive game anyway, but you can now snap it up for around $11.
If you want to try out a Final Fantasy title but can’t quite stretch the full-price, just released Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, then there are plenty of other games from the franchise tucked away in here too.
Handheld friendly deals
A little bit weird this one as the games listed all run great on your Steam Deck or Rog Ally (within reason) but a fair few of the titles listed such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Marvel Midnight Suns don’t actually have a price cut. Cyberpunk for example is listed at $49.99 and you would be a fool to pay that much for it.
Deals worth looking at however include the likes of the amazing Against the Storm (50% off) and Loop Hero (a whopping 75% off and only just over $3!)
Indies and Classics deals
Always worth a good poke around to see if you can pick up anything classic you may have for some reason missed. We will start off here with the insanely complex Rimworld, which rarely comes down much in price but this sale sees it with a decent 20% off the RRP.
The must play Disco Elysium – The Final Cut also has an incredible 75% of the asking price. If you don’t have it, snap it up now.

There are thousands more great games on sale and the banner suggests that new games are coming every week so make sure you check back regularly so you don’t miss out on anything special.
