A New Tizen Smart Camera
It seems it is the season of rumours and as such we have reported about the Samsung Z2 Smartphone destined for Russia, and now there is another rumour that Samsung will announce a new NX mirrorless Tizen Smartcamera at CES 2015 next month. It was thought that it was originally going to be called the NX400, but now it seems NX500 is more likely. This would be a replacement for the Tizen based Samsung NX-300M.
Possible specifications
- Same sensor and AF system as in the Samsung NX1 camera (28.2MP BSI APS-C CMOS sensor, 205 phase-detection AF points)
- Electronic View Finder (EVF)
- 4k Video recording capabilities
