Moza Racing announces its Lamborghini collab wheel for sim racing and … oh wow look at it

As reported here on Readwrite Gaming just the other day, Moza Racing is to release a co-branded Essenza SCV12 Sim-Racing Steering Wheel hand-in-hand with Lamborghini.

While the model the wheel is based on may not be a massive shock after internet sleuths doctored the original teaser image to make it out better, the photos Moza has just released with the news show just how high-end this is going to be, as it becomes Moza’s highest-end wheel to date after a steady stream of fantastic sim racing products over the past year.

The Essenza SCV12 has a 4.3-inch touchscreen display at its heart and features 72 programmable inputs on its gorgeous array of dials and knobs but what looks like it will really set it apart is the finish.

A Moza spokesperson told us, “Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the Essenza SCV12 Sim Racing Steering Wheel features a stunning curved twill carbon fiber cover, enhancing both aesthetics and durability. The frame, made from CNC-machined aluminum alloy, offers a refined metallic texture with high strength and rigidity. The grips, covered in luxurious Italian material, ensure superior grip and comfort.”

“This sim-racing enhanced replica of the Automobili Lamborghini’s Essenza SCV12 Steering Wheel promises an immersive and realistic driving experience for sim-racing enthusiasts worldwide. Developed from real CAD models and optimized for sim racing, it embodies Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s rich racing heritage with exceptional design, premium materials, and top-tier manufacturing quality.”

The Moza Racing Essenza SCV12 Sim-Racing Steering Wheel is available to order today from Moza’s website

How much is the Moza Racing Essenza SCV12 wheel

If you were hoping the Essenza SCV12 was going to fall in line with Moza’s policy of bringing great quality sim gear to the masses at low prices, then unfortunately this premium offering’s price may make your mouth turn down rather than up with the wheel landing at around $1300/£1300. This puts it in line with other high-end licensed sim gear from other companies and considerably more expensive than Moza’s most expensive wheel in the current line-up, the Vision GS.

The regional pricing is listed below.

  • USD $ 1,299.00
  • EUR € 1,399.00
  • GBP £ 1,299.00
  • AUD 2,299.00
