We have had monstrously big games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 appearing on Xbox’s Game Pass subscription service this month, so we are definitely being spoiled when it comes to playing the big hitters, but October and November also see some huge releases as well. Perhaps none more so than Dragon Age: The Veilguard. But is it on Game Pass and if not, might we ever see it there? Let’s have a look.
Is Dragon Age The Veilguard on Game Pass?
It seems the latter part of the year would have been too good to us if Dragon Age The Veilguard had appeared on Game Pass on Day One. As it stands there is no Veilgaurd action on Microsoft’s subscription service. This might not be totally surprising as it is a big EA release and has apparently broken BioWare’s concurrent Steam player record within a day of launch, but Microsoft Game Pass does have a deal in place with EA Play which brings its game into the Xbox Game Pass ecosphere.
In fact Dragon Age: The Inquisition is available on the service so we can’t rule out The Veilguard coming at some point in the future.
Is Dragon Age The Veilguard on EA Play Pro?
So if you can’t play it on Game Pass is there a subscription service where The Veilguard is playable without the large initial expense? Thankfully the answer to that is yes, Dragon Age: The Veilguard is on EA Play although you will need to subscribe to the EA Play Pro tier to get access This still means you can play the game for much less an outlay if you are unsure whether you believe all the reviews that have the game as one of the best PC games of all time.
