How to fix Madden 25 Superstar Mode not working

One of Madden’s big appeals is that you’re able to create your own NFL player, battling it out against the greats of the sport.

This is done through Superstar Mode, one of the most popular areas of the whole game.

However, a lot of players are encountering Madden 25’s Superstar Mode not working, preventing them from getting in on the action.

Here, we’ll hopefully be able to provide some fixes for this so you too can get your very own virtual NFL career going.

Fixes for Madden 25 Superstar Mode not working

If you too are trying to load up Superstar Mode and are instead met with a frozen screen or even your button presses simply not doing anything, we may be able to solve the problem.

The first fix that others have found to be successful is to leave the game at the main menu for approximately 15 minutes to ensure all of the background loading has been completed.

This isn’t a guarantee and it does eat into your potential playtime but it’s something that seems to help you on getting your Superstar journey up and running.

Another potential resolution to Superstar Mode not working in Madden 25 is to attempt to go into the Mode, exit out, and go back in again.

This has helped some who are having issues with button presses and confirming their choices.

If one back out doesn’t work, try the process again it might just do the trick.

For those of you who are having trouble after the Combine Interview, there doesn’t seem to be too many fixes for this.

There’s a suggestion that if you completely quit out after answering the Interview questions, it fixes the glitch, but we’ve not been able to replicate this.

If none of the above methods for fixing Superstar Mode not working do the job for you sadly you may just have to wait for a patch in the near future.

Since we’re only at the launch of the game, bugs like this simply haven’t been squashed but we anticipate it’ll get resolved pretty fast.
