4K content was extremely rare when the first high-resolution TV sets started to hit the market. Fast forward to 2016 and we have a decent of 4K Ultra HD content in the form of TV shows, movies, internet media, etc.
Google recently announced that it has expanded its 4K movie library to more than 125 movies which can be purchased on any Android device or on the web starting in the US and Canada. Google have also made its huge list of movies and next-day TV shows available in VR via Daydream which is currently available on a select number of Android devices running 7.1 Nougat with flagship specs like the Pixel and Pixel XL.
Google also announced another major update which happens to be the one that concerns us the most at Tizen Experts. The Google Play Movies & TV app is now available on all 2016 Samsung Smart TVs. Once you install the application on your Tizen-based TVs and authenticate it with your Google account, all your saved library for of movies and TV shows will be seamlessly synced on to the TV ready to play. Users can also browse through all the content from Google Play Movies &TVs with their Samsung remotes and start watching them right away.
