Brighter Shores brings some of those classic MMORPG quests we know and love which take you on various twists and turns along the way.
One such quest is The Lost Shipment which contains various tasks including one needing a Fetid Flounder fish.
While some might have already picked one of these up, a lot of players are having trouble knowing where to find the fish.
Here, we’ll take you through how to get a Fetid Flounder in Brighter Shores so you can advance The Lost Shipment quest.
Where to find Fetid Flounder in Brighter Shores
If you’re one of those who are struggling to locate the elusive Fetid Flounder, don’t question your brainpower as it is a very specific find that also requires prerequisites.
Before getting into the exact spot you need to go, let’s talk about what has to be done beforehand.
The first port of call is actually starting The Lost Shipment quest. Yes, you will have to be in the quest where you require the Fetid Flounder otherwise it won’t spawn.
Second, you will also need to be level 25 Fishing. This is no mean feat and will require some serious time investment which is pretty frustrating since The Lost Shipment is an early game quest.
If you’re prepped and ready to secure the Fetid Flounder, you’ll need to go to the Overgrown Pond. This is directly north of Sea Road which you should be familiar with at this point.
Once at the pond, the Fetid Flounder should just spawn for you without needing to rely on luck, and you can simply fish it, adding it to your inventory.
You can then continue with The Lost Shipment quest, picking up a Quill and Ink and Paper, writing the required note, and attaching it to the Fetid Flounder.
