[Application] Whatsapp for Samsung Z1 Updated to version 2.11.19

 
Over the weekend we saw the Tizen WhatsApp client get an update to version 2.11.19. This is the native client and not to be confused with the OpenMobile’s Android Compatibility Layer (ACL) enabled version. There is no change log at the moment so I presume it is a general bug fix / optimisation release.
