Open Mobile is a company that has been involved with a solution to bring Android Applications to the masses and that was taking the shape of Android Apps running on MeeGo previously. Their Application Compatibility Layer (ACL) lets you run Android apps natively on a Tizen device.
Here is a Video Demo:
 


 
The solution is not for end users and is and has always been targeted towards OEMs and apparently requires little work in integrating it.
