It only seems like yesterday we were talking about 64-bit processors, well it certainly wasn’t that long ago that Samsung also confirmed that they’re working on 64-bit processors as well. Now we have a “senior ARM official” reportedly confirming that the 64-bit CPU will make it to a Samsung device next year.
We can presume that the Galaxy S5 or the Note 4 will be in the timeframe for these processors and the jury is still out on if the first round of Tizen devices might get 64 bit processors or not. Another interesting fact is that the ARM official also stated that 128-bit processors could make an appearance in the next couple of years.
