Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto Lawyers Up To “Clear His Name” Of Bitcoin Claim

Newsweek recently dubbed Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto “the face behind Bitcoin.” Now the Temple City, California man has had enough of this claim and is attempting to “clear his name.”

Nakamoto hired a Los Angeles law firm to help with his effort. Late Sunday night, the firm released a statement in which Nakamoto denies Newsweek’s claims.

“I did not create, invent or otherwise work on Bitcoin. I unconditionally deny the Newsweek report.”

In the statement, Nakamoto also says that the “false report” has brought a lot of stress to himself and his family, and hopes that people will “now respect our privacy.”
