Sports broadcaster DAZN partners with Polymarket for real-time prediction market odds

Sports entertainment platform DAZN and prediction market Polymarket have teamed up to integrate prediction trading into broadcasts.

The partnership will allow DAZN users to engage with prediction market contracts on sports, cultural events, and more directly within the entertainment platform. At the moment, DAZN offers live and on-demand sports streams and news, along with the ability to engage with other sports fans in real time.

The company already has a foothold in sports betting, with DAZN Bet live in some markets to bet on sporting events, but the partnership with Polymarket will expand the possibilities through prediction market contracts. The next step is for DAZN to apply for CFTC approval, with the aim of introducing the new prediction market features in the coming months. There’s potential for other countries to follow pending local regulatory procedures.

More immediately, Polymarket data will be integrated into live sports broadcasts for up-to-date odds on probabilities and potential outcomes.

“DAZN is laser-focused on bringing fans closer to the sports they love,” said Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group. “Through our partnership with Polymarket – the world’s largest prediction market – we will offer another immersive and exciting way for fans to experience sport. Integrating prediction trading will be an excellent addition to our platform.”

Polymarket expands its partnerships

This isn’t the first such partnership for Polymarket, with the company recently announcing a similar collaboration based around data and probabilities with Dow Jones.

“Every sporting event is a conversation about what happens next,” said Shayne Coplan, Founder and CEO of Polymarket. “Polymarket turns that conversation into real-time probabilities, shaped by millions of users around the world. Through our first-of-its-kind partnership with DAZN, we’re embedding those insights directly into the viewing experience—from boxing to the Champions League—so fans can track momentum, debate outcomes, and engage with sports in a way that’s never existed before.”
