We’ve covered some CES 2018 news over the last couple of days and we’ve still got news coming in. SanDisk, a respected portable storage company, has announced a MASSIVE 1TB USB Type-C drive, which the company claims is the smallest of its kind in the world.
There are no further specifications or price details at this time. The only thing that we can speculate is that it will be expensive. Above picture courtesy of Engadget.
Another storage stick, which is an actual product that was launched, is the SanDisk Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive, which is claimed to be the smallest 256GB flash drive in the world. It has the same form-factor as other SanDisk Ultra Fit drives, which means it is just a tiny bit larger than the part that sticks into your USB port. It’s a USB 3.1 Gen 1 drive with reading speeds of up to 130MB/s. This model is priced at $149.99.
