Samsung have been introducing the Gear S3 into more markets as time passes. Recently, the Gear S3 made way into Canada, where the both the Gear S3 variants- Gear S3 Classic and the Gear S3 Frontier are currently up for pre-order. The UK, being one among Samsung’s potential market for wearables had also seen the Gear S3 going up for pre-order back in October with a shipping date of November 11th. However, Samsung couldn’t live up to the large demand for the Gear S3 in the country and the pre-orders went out of stock in no time.
Now, Samsung have replenished the Gear S3 pre-order stocks in the UK without pushing the shipping date and sticking to November 11th. Both the Frontier and the Classic variants carry a price tag of £349 including shipping charges. Since both the variants carry similar price tags, its worth mentioning that the Frontier version being sold there doesn’t feature LTE connectivity and only has WiFi. To make the deal sweeter, Samsung is also offering a free Level Active Bluetooth Earphones for the first 3000 pre-orders placed before 7pm November 10th. The number of free earphones was previously 1000 !!!
The Gear S3 Frontier and the Gear S3 Classic have distinguished aesthetic looks that might suit different users. The Frontier has a more rugged appeal to it while the Classic variant as the name suggests offers a classic and formal look suited for (not limited to) the corporate life. Both the Gear S3 variants feature a 1.3 inch 360x360p circular display and carry forward the rotating bezels that was a huge hit in the Gear S2. The smartwatches have an array of sensors like GPS, Accelerometer, Gyro, Barometer, HRM, and Altimeter embedded into them to handle all the health, tracking and monitoring services.
You can head over to Samsung UK website to pre-order the Gear S3 smartwatches.
