The Gear S2 is Samsung’s latest and greatest smartwatch and has finally come to the shores of the UK, after its US launch, and this is possibly the first UK unboxing video of it, I think. The guys over at Clove Technology were nice enough to send one over for us to do the unboxing. At the moment the Gear S2 is available in silver, dark grey, and also the more refined looking Gear S2 CLASSIC. Yes, we got the Classic one sent over.
The company quotes the battery life as 2-3 days, as I can definitely stretch it to two days, but not 3 at the moment. Future firmware updates might be able to get a bit more juice out of it. Possibly someone that doesn’t get emailed so many Tizen related questions would get more battery out of it 🙂 This is with the battery at the default 70 percent level screen brightness level.
