Windows 10, as you may know, has a feature where you can link an Android phone to a Windows PC so that your phone’s notifications gets sent to your PC. You can also see the pictures from your phone, drag and drop files between your computer and your phone, send and receive messages, or ever mirror your phone’s screen on your computer using the feature ‘Phone Screen.’ Now you can do all of that with the Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy S10, the OnePlus 6 and 6T as Microsoft has added the support for them.
Now, Microsoft is adding a new feature. This is to view the notifications you get from your smartphone on your PC. As the notifications are coming from your phone, the won’t be shown on the computer if the phone is off. As long as the phone is on, you can receive notifications on your PC with one glance.
You can also customise the notifications that you want to see and clear on your computer without touching your phone. Microsoft announced that the support for the notifications “will gradually roll out to Insiders on 19H1 builds” of Windows 10. Other changes include dictation in more languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish and Chinese and improvements of the narrator.
