Ahead of Intel’s Elements on Wednesday in Seattle, FTD is reporting that MeeGo is now planned to be merged with competing Linux based operating system Limo. Japanese heavyweights NEC and Panasonic are joining forces with Samsung from South Korea in the new MeeGo Merger. Intel and the Limo Foundation have not commented on this news at this stage.
Meego has not been able to gain substancial traction in the market place and unable to compete against Android and iOS. Apparently there is an Article to be published tomorrow.
Before we speculate too much, lets wait for some official announcement. I told you we wouldn’t have to wait too long 😉
