The burning question surrounding every big release these days, especially if you are a subscriber to Microsoft’s ever-impressive Game Pass library is, “Is such and such going to be on Game Pass, meaning I don’t have to shell out hard cash to play it so soon after the holiday season?”
Nothing changes here, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 may have slipped past its initial launch date meaning that its imminent release arrives in a slightly awkward fiscal time for many, so obviously people want to know if they can pick it up as part of their monthly subs payment. Let’s see what we know.
Will Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 be on Game Pass?
It’s a sad day unfortunately for Game Pass owners, who to be fair have already had Citizen Sleeper 2 and Sniper Elite: Resistance in the last few days, but no, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will not be on Microsoft Game Pass at launch. Sorry. We don’t even have any indicators that it may, one day, arrive on the service, although you can never rule that out. The usual iindicators though, such as the earlier games in a series being present are also not there, as the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance is also not on the Game Pass service.
Looks like this one will be one that either costs you full price to play on launch, or one you half to hold out for until it goes on sale.
Will Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 have Denuvo
It’s a fair question – if you are expected to shell out full price will the game be protected by the much-maligned Denuvo – protection software which is blamed by many for reducing performance. The good news here is that Denuvo will not be present in KCD2, making a full-price purchase a little less risky.
