How to get Exoborne playtest access

2025 is going to be a big year for games with a plethora of fantastic titles already announced, and plenty more to come.

One that isn’t the finished product but gives you the chance to get in and experience it ahead of the full release is Exoborne — a new open-world, tactical extraction shooter.

Below, we’ll reveal how to get Exoborne playtest access and the dates it’s available so you can experience the next big thing in extraction games.

Exoborne playtest explained and how to get access

As previously stated, Exoborne looks to take on the various extraction shooters that are currently on the market but with an other worldly twist and the addition of powerful exo skeletons.

There has been one ‘open’ playtest announced for the game thus far giving everyone the chance to get in after the couple of private playtests that have been conducted.

This playtest will allow those who get in to “freely stream, share videos, and create content” for the first time, giving the wider public a sneak peek for what is in store for them when the full game launches.

If you like the sound of the above, all you need to do is head to the official Steam page for Exoborne and hit the Request Access button to be thrown into a pool for the devs to pick from.

It is available in North America, Europe and Asia too, so the likelihood you’re in one of those regions is highly since most of the world is covered.

Unfortunately, signing up doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be granted Exoborne playtest access but at least you’ve done all you can.

The Exoborne playtest will be live between February 12 and February 17, so keep an eye on your Steam notifications before then to ensure you don’t miss the start date.
