If you missed the physical bezel on Samsung’s most recent smartwatches, don’t worry. It’s making a reappearance! Samsung’s latest smartwatch, which still hasn’t been named, will have a physical bezel. It has been confirmed.
The fact that this smartwatch will have a physical bezel could mean that it is a follow-up watch to the Galaxy Watch. Could this really be the Galaxy Watch 2? It seems likely.
Before this smartwatch came into view, neither the Galaxy Watch Active and Galaxy Watch Active2 had a physical bezel. However, the Galaxy Watch Active2 had the Touch Bezel. If you’re like me, you know that the Touch Bezel doesn’t feel as good as the physical one.
More Features of the Galaxy Watch 2
Other features that have been revealed is that the Galaxy Watch 2 is going to come in a titanium case as well as an aluminium and stainless steel one. Titanium is strong and durable (good for smartwatches) but comes with a heavy price tag.
Recently, it was also revealed (through an FCC document) that the said smartwatch will have a 45mm case – we’re assuming this is for the larger variant. Like other smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 2 will be able to accompany you for a swim as it has a resistance rating of 5ATM. This means it can survive up to 50 meters in depth for about 10 minutes.
