This is a game called Cube that is based on Google Maps, and is essentially a browser-based version of Labyrinth that uses real world maps. You control it using your Mouse moving the blue ball to were you want to go.
The main bit of interest is that it is a good example of WebGL and HTML5 technology. Unfortunately this version only plays on desktop or laptops with a WebGL browser and compatible graphics card. The world of Mobile HTML5 and WebGL is catching up fast but is just not there yet.
