It’s finally time, round-based Zombies returns with Black Ops 6, with fans of the undead killing mode rejoicing around the world.
With this, Perks are back too but since it is a new iteration on the formula, there have been some changes in what will be available to you.
Here, we’ll run you through all of the Black Ops 6 Zombies Perks as well as what effects they have so you know the benefits of getting them on your high round escapades.
All Black Ops 6 Zombies Perks and what they do
At launch, there are a total of eight Perks you’ll be able to utilize to enhance your character against the undead hordes.
This includes some of the classics you know and love as well as a brand new enhancement that’ll really blow your socks off, literally.
Here is the full list of Black Ops 6 Zombies Perks and what you’ll gain from purchasing them:
- Jugger-Nog: Increase maximum health by 100.
- Quick Revive: Reduce the health regen delay time by 50%. Reduce the time it takes to revive an ally by 50%.
- Speed Cola: Increase reload and armor replating speed bonus by 30%.
- Stamin-Up: Increase movement speed.
- PhD Flopper: Immunity to all self-inflicted damage and status effects. Dive to prone triggers an explosion, which increases the higher you fall. Immunity from fall damage while diving to prone.
- Deadshot Daiquiri: Aiming down sight moves to enemy critical location. Increase enemy critical damage.
- Elemental Pop: Every bullet you fire has a small chance to apply a random Ammo Mod effect.
- Melee Macchiato: Replace weapon gun butt with a deadly punch that sends enemies flying.
- Vulture Aid: Zombies now drop additional Essence Vials and small Ammo drops (only available and visible to the player with Vulture Aid active)
It’s fantastic to see so many of the original Perks returning in Black Ops 6 Zombies alongside the fresh and interesting Melee Macchiato that will be extremely useful for thinning out the sheer number of enemies.
This is only the beginning too, since the wording from Treyarch strongly suggests that we will see more Perks being added later down the line.
One thing to note here is that contrary to that of older Zombies modes, you won’t be purchasing Perk-a-Colas with Points and instead, you’ll have to rack up a different currency called Essence.
It’s essentially the same thing but just worth knowing before you head into the mode and wonder why the Points terminology has all but vanished.
These Perks can also be enhanced further using the Augment system.
This is a new mechanic that adds a little more customization, essentially allowing you to craft ‘builds’ if you want to maximize certain parts of your character’s arsenal.
